On-Site Training Brings LEI's Workshops to Your Business
In response to the numerous requests of the lean community, we are expanding our educational offerings by bringing our practical, comprehensive workshops to your facility.
If you need to train more than 10 people, LEI will deliver any of our current workshops at your site, taught by our faculty of lean management professionals who have years of hands-on experience implementing what they teach. Select from our curriculum of nearly 30 workshops.
In order to deliver an effective training event, we will work together with you to tailor the content and format of our public workshops to the specific needs of your organization. Upon your request, our faculty members can visit your company prior to the workshop in order to get familiar with your processes and organizational concerns and use this information to customize the program content.
